These General Conditions are intended to regulate the conditions of use of the website “www.grupodgh.com” (hereinafter, “the website”), whose owner is DGH ROBOTICA, AUTOMATIZACION Y MANTENIMIENTO INDUSTRIAL, S.A. (hereinafter, DGH), with Tax Identification Code A47459508, registered office at Parque Tecnológico de Boecillo. C/ Jerónimo Muñoz, 9. – 47151 BOECILLO, and registered in the Mercantile Register of Valladolid in volume 920, folio 4 section 8, page number VA 11902, who can be contacted via dgh@grupodgh.es and telephone number (+34) 902760906.

1. Access conditions.

This website is intended to provide information about our service offer. Its use implies full acceptance by the user of these conditions, so if you do not agree with their content you should refrain from using the website and the services offered on it. DGH reserves the right to make any modifications it deems appropriate, and may modify, delete or include, without prior notice, new content and/or services, as well as the way in which they are presented and located and the conditions of use of the website.

The User accepts that access to and use of the website and the contents included therein takes place freely and consciously, under their sole responsibility, and consequently agrees to:

  • Not use the website to carry out activities contrary to the law, morality, public order, in general, and to use it lawfully and honestly in accordance with these General Conditions, as well as to refrain from carrying out any act that could damage, disable, overload or deteriorate the website and/or prevent its normal use and utilisation by the rest of the Users.
  • Not manipulate or alter any website content without the express written consent of its owner. Any alteration, modification or manipulation without the consent of the owner shall exempt the latter from any liability whatsoever.
  • Not reproduce, copy, distribute, publicly communicate, transform or modify the contents, unless authorised to do so by the owner of the corresponding rights or unless it is legally permitted; or delete, evade or manipulate the copyright and other data identifying the rights of DGH or its owners included in the contents, as well as the technical protection devices or any other information mechanisms that may be contained in said contents.
  • Not introduce or disseminate data programmes (viruses or any type of software of a harmful nature) on the website that could cause damage to the website.

3. Responsabilities.

The User shall be liable for damages of any kind that DGH or any third party may suffer as a result of a breach of any of the obligations to which they are subject by these General Conditions.

DGH does not assume any responsibility nor does it have any control over possible hyperlinks contained in the website to external contents; however, it will remove those links that include illicit contents as soon as it becomes aware of them.

4. Intellectual and industrial property rights.

The User acknowledges that all the contents of the website, and specifically all the information and materials, the structure, selection, arrangement and provision of its contents, programmes and application development used in relation to them, are protected by intellectual and industrial property rights owned by the owner of the website or, where appropriate, by third parties.

Under no circumstances shall access to or use of the same by the User imply any kind of waiver, transfer or total or partial assignment of said rights, nor confer any right to use, alter, exploit, reproduce, distribute or publicly communicate said contents without the prior and express authorisation specifically granted for this purpose by DGH or by the third party owner of the rights affected.

DGH is the owner of the graphic design elements of its website, the menus, navigation buttons, code, texts, images, textures, graphics and any other content of the website or, in other cases, has the corresponding authorisation for the use of said elements.

All trademarks, trade names or distinctive signs displayed on this page are the property of DGH and/or third party companies. They may not be used or permanently downloaded, copied or distributed by any means without the prior consent of their owner.

Should any User or third party consider that any of the contents have been introduced on the website in violation of their Intellectual or Industrial Property rights, they must send a notification to DGH identifying themselves and the holder of the intellectual or industrial property rights allegedly infringed, providing title or accreditation of the representation of the said rights.

5. Data protection.

According to the provisions established in the Spanish Organic Law 15/1999, on the Protection of Personal Data, we inform you that the personal data provided through the contact form are processed for the purpose of replying to your request for information, if applicable.

The data provided through the HR applications section will be used for the sole purpose of allowing you to participate in the personnel selection processes carried out by DGH. Should there be any change in your data, please inform us accordingly.

Please note that one year after receipt of your curriculum vitae, it will be securely destroyed.

6. Confidentiality.

Any information communicated or made available by either party to the other or to which either party has access shall be considered confidential and may not be disclosed, displayed, reproduced, copied, discussed with third parties, or used by either party for purposes other than those for which it was communicated.

7. Applicable law and jurisdiction.

These General Conditions shall be governed by the provisions in the current data protection regulations and Law 34/2002, of July 11, on information society services and electronic commerce, as well as the rest of the current applicable regulations. . For any questions that may arise between the parties in relation to the interpretation and execution of this document, both parties expressly agree, renouncing any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them, to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of BOECILLO.
